In April 2013, BBC Radio 4 broadcast a programme reflecting on the enduring impact of Anna Freud's approach and her contribution to 20th century psychology. This was part of the Mind Changers series.

Professor Peter Fonagy interview on Mentalization now available to watch onlineProfessor Peter Fonagy, Chief Executive of the Anna Freud Centre and Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT) course leader was recently interviewed on Mentalization.
On Thursday 20th June Dr Dickon Bevington will be leading a talk looking at the transition between primary school and secondary school which is a challenging and daunting time for both children and parents.
The Anna Freud Centre is to receive a share of £5.5 million to support proposals in the health and care field.

Care Quality Commission InspectionThe Anna Freud Centre was recently inspected by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) with pleasing results.
On Friday the 8th March, children from a local primary school came to the Anna Freud Centre for the dig day to launch the Garden Project.
On the 16th January Dr Inge Pretorius gave a fascinating and insightful talk about the thrills, tempers and tears of toddlerhood. The Talk is now available to view online.

New training course launched at the Anna Freud CentreThe Anna Freud Centre is pleased to announce the launch of a new training course Assessment and Measurement of Parental Embodied Mentalizing (PEM) which will take place in July 2013.
The Postgraduate team has filmed a virtual tour of the Centre to help give students an insight into what it is like to study here.
The Anna Freud Centre is working with a local primary school, to increase children's access to green space and nature.
