Playing on the popularity of reality television to attract bigger numbers to confront the issues, the season culminated in World's Maddest Job Interview, where employers assessed individuals over 5 days, without any knowledge of their health history. Interviewers found many of those with mental health conditions to be very employable, helping to challenge discrimination around mental health at work.
