UCL has an excellent online resource for careers advice, guidance and information, as do many other Universities.

Besides the online resources, they offer skills workshops and events too which incorporate employer presentations, employer-led skills sessions/interactive sessions, fairs/networking events and careers adviser led interviews.  Indeed, one to one advice and practice interviews is available.
