About this course
Adaptive Mentalization Based Integrative Treatment (AMBIT) is a team approach for those working with young people with severe and multiple needs, who have a relationship with helping services that can be characterised as distrustful.
This conference aims to:
- Share learning from implementing AMBIT in a range of secure settings
- Connect colleagues from across the secure estate and build a community of practice
- Encourage discussion though interactive workshops

Who is this conference suitable for?
This conference is open to anyone working in the secure estate or with an interest in the application of AMBIT or other mentalization-based approaches in this setting.
It could be useful for those already working in AMBIT influenced teams and also those who have not yet had any AMBIT training and would like to find out more about the approach.
