About this course

Have you ever wondered what’s going on in your child’s mind?

Reflective parenting is an approach, which helps parents better understand their children, manage their behaviour and build their relationship and connection with them.

For this talk, we will be joined by speaker Dr Sheila Redfern, co-author of the new book ‘Reflective Parenting’, to explore how we can transform our understanding of the parent-child relationship and bring meaningful change to our own family relationships.

We are delighted to be joined by the Mayor of Camden, Councillor Nadia Shah, who will introduce the talk.

Who is this talk for?

With this event we hope to engage families from within the local community. The floor will be open to questions and discussion following the 30 minute talk.
