MRes in Developmental Neuroscience and Psychopathology 10 Years’ Anniversary

28th June 2016 By: irina.nedelcu@annafreud.org

This year the MRes in Developmental Neuroscience and Psychopathology celebrates its 10 years’ anniversary.

The programme started life as the MSc in Psychodynamic Developmental Neuroscience, changed its name to Developmental Neuroscience and Psychopathology in 2011, and then became an MRes in  2015.

2 events have been placed to celebrate the 10 year anniversary: one in Yale and one in London, in the hope that as many alumni from DNP as possible can attend the one based in London later this year.

undefinedOn Tuesday June 14th 2016 the current cohort of students have presented their research posters in the prestigious and very atmospheric Historical  Library.

In London on Friday 2nd December 2016, alumni will be offered reduced ticket prices to the conference Child Maltreatment: New Frontiers in Research and Practice organised by Eamon McCrory.

Location:     Friends House, 173 Euston Road, NW1 2BJ

Dates:     2nd December 2016 – 2nd December 2016

Length:     One Day

You can order your tickets for the conference here

This conference will provide clinicians and researchers a unique overview of recent advances in research and practice in the field of childhood maltreatment. Key speakers include Professor Dante Cicchetti, Professor Eamon McCrory , Professor Peter Fonagy, Professor Arietta Slade and others.

And this will be followed by a dinner for graduates from DNP at a venue in London (which we have yet to totally finalise).
