DSC_0334.JPG

Peter Fuggle is Director of Clinical and Service Improvement at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families. Since 1984, Peter has worked at different times as a clinical psychologist in services for children with disability, paediatrics and in child mental health services.

His principle interest is in trying to work out how to create services that are actually helpful and accessible to children. From 1995-2014, he was Clinical Director of the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in Islington where he developed a community based model of service which saw children in  schools, and social services and developed ways of helping children who did  not seek help themselves.
