The impact of digital on self-care

Are you interested in digital and mental health self-care?

How do you use smartphones, tablets and the Internet to look after your mental health?

How do you stay connected with other people online?

What self-care activities do you think people should be able to do digitally?

We want to find out what you think is important to about the role of digital in young people’s mental health self-care. We think it is really important to give young people like you a chance to be heard, and we want to hear in your own words about what matters to you.

What’s involved?

We aim to find out how best to support young people’s mental health self-care online.
