Help us help others – our survey

We want to find out what people between 11-25 years do to help themselves when they are challenged by anxiety or depression.

Anyone aged 11 – 25 who has ever felt anxious or depressed can take part. Parents and carers can take part too.

You don’t need to have experienced a diagnosed mental health problem, but if you have we are especially keen to hear your views.

We have identified 85 ways that research has suggested young people might use to help themselves when feel anxious or depressed – and we want to know which of these you use.
