You will find all the relevant information and materials related to your allocated intervention by clicking the appropriate link below. 

For the purposes of the INSPIRE trial, it is very important that schools randomly allocated to Mindfulness, Relaxation or Strategies for Safety and Wellbeing cannot see the materials related to the other intervention.

The below pages are password protected. Your lead contact at the school will have been emailed the password to access these materials. If you are having trouble accessing the delivery materials for any of the interventions, please email educationforwellbeing@annafreud.org.
