Mae dysgu yn swydd anodd. Gall fod yn werth chweil ond gall flino rhywun yn gorfforol ac emosiynol hefyd. Os ydyn ni eisiau i'n staff wneud yr hyn sy'n ddisgwyliedig ganddynt rhaid i ni sicrhau'n bod digon o adnoddau er mwyn cynnal eu hiechyd meddwl a'u llesiant.

Datblygwyd y llyfryn hwn gyda'n harbenigwyr iechyd meddwl, ac yn anelu i roi arweiniad syml ac enghreifftiau ymarferol i staff yr ysgol a'r Tîm Arweiniol Hŷn o arfer da mewn ysgolion eraill wrth roi strategaeth llesiant mewn lle.
