Being an educational professional is extremely rewarding and meaningful work. However, it can be emotionally demanding & stressful at times which can contribute to feelings of burnout.
During the summer holidays, we are encouraging all staff to prioritise self-care by trying new or well-known strategies and activities that support their wellbeing.
The resources include a staff toolkit which features top tips for maximising self-care over the holidays, as well as a poster that can be shared in the staff room or disseminated online to colleagues.
