Buy a card which will support the Centre
Buy your personalised cards or 3D ecards for the Festive Season using Making A Difference Cards and help support the Anna Freud Centre. Making A Difference take no commission or charge any fees - so up to 100% of your donation reaches us or 125% if you Gift Aid it!
You can choose from over 1300 designs, customise your message/text, upload your own photos, send an audio or video message and have them delivered by post, email or text message.
Donate when you buy a gift
If you've got your eye on the perfect gift for someone special why not choose to make your purchase through Amazon Smile? A percentage of your purchase will go towards the Centre, at no extra cost to you!
Alternatively you can make your purchases go further by using EasyFundraising to shop at over 3,500 retailers including Argos, John Lewis, ASOS, eBay, Boden, and M&S. Every time you shop at an eligible retailer, a donation will be made to the Centre.
Donate in someone's name
If you're looking for a unique, personal gift why not donate to the Centre in the name of someone special? Even the smallest donation can make a big difference to the lives of children and families.
Fundraise for us
There are lots of exciting ways you can fundraise for us this festive season. If you're a fan of crafting, why not create some festive crafts and sell them to friends and family to raise funds? If your gift presentations make you the envy of your friends every year, perhaps offer a gift wrapping service in exchange for a donation! Email us if you'd like to chat about your ideas.
Where to find support
We know the Festive Season is not an easy time for everyone. It can bring up painful and difficult memories and feelings for some and we want to ensure everyone is supported. If you feel you need to speak to someone urgently you can access the AFC Crisis Messenger by texting AFC to 85258.
Our free Seasonal Self-Care Survival Kit has been created to help those experiencing anxiety or depression over the festive period. The strategies are a few of those listed on our new self-care resource.
