Other Ways to Fundraise For Us

Fundraising at Work

You can fundraise for the Centre at work in a range of different ways:

  •  Payroll giving: this is one of simplest and most tax efficient ways of making a regular donation to the Centre. Payroll Giving donations are deducted before tax so each £1.00 you give a month will only cost you 80p, and if you're a higher rate tax payer it will only cost you 60p. You can speak to your HR department about setting up a regular gift to the Centre through your salary.
  •  Team challenges events: taking on team challenge events in aid of the Centre can be a fantastic and fun way of boosting morale and uniting your team behind a great cause. Check out the challenge events page for some ideas.

Fundraising Online

There are many easy ways to fundraise online:

  • Virgin Money Giving: Whatever event, challenge or fundraising goal you have planned, create your own page & fund on Virgin Money Giving to keep supporters and donors engaged with your progress.
  • eBay: If you are buying or selling through eBay you can now choose to make a small donation to the Centre. Simply go to our eBay charity page and save us as a favourite, or click 'sell an item' or 'donate now'.
  • Giveacar is a free and easy service that allows you donate your old or unwanted vehicle to the Centre. To arrange donation of a car, visit www.giveacar.co.uk or call 020 7736 4242, quoting the Centre as your preferred charity.
  • SmileAmazon: You can donate as you shop through SmileAmazon. Follow the link and a portion of any purchases made will be donated to us. It won't increase the cost of your purchase or change the usual process, but it could make a big difference to our work!
