About this course

Building an evidence base in schools in light of the green paper

Following the success of our national campaign 'You’re Never Too Young to Talk Mental Health' last term where we provided all primary schools with a free Talking Mental Health animation and accompanying teacher resource pack, the Schools in Mind network will be hosting a free, interactive mental health and wellbeing workshop for all school staff and allied professionals in Nottingham on Monday 5th March 2018.

The afternoon will be an opportunity to hear what the current evidence tells us about supporting mental health and wellbeing in schools and a chance to reflect on the recommendations of the green paper and what this will mean for schools. CORC will run a short workshop which will give practical information on measuring and monitoring mental health and wellbeing in schools. Everyone attending will be able to access free resources (including our new Secondary Talking Mental Health resources ) and spend some time networking with colleagues from the local area.
