The Anna Freud Centre is offering a free webinar to all students who will be transitioning from sixth form or college to university this autumn.
Heading to university can be an exciting time for many young people, an opportunity to meet new people and explore their own independence. It can also be a difficult time, with many new experiences and changes.
This webinar will provide an overview of what to expect in this period of transition, and will share strategies for students to manage their own wellbeing when starting out at university.
