Making change happen – reflections on 5 years of AMBIT implementation in a local authority
About this course
This is the tenth webinar for the Helping People with Multiple Needs community of practice, and will be hosted by Liz Cracknell, joint programme lead for AMBIT. We will be hearing from James Wheeler, AMBIT lead trainer about his reflections on five years of AMBIT implementation within a local authority. It is open to anyone working in health, social care, youth services, justice and education settings, including anyone trained or interested in AMBIT (Adaptive Mentalization Based Integrative Treatment).
In this webinar, we will be focusing on implementation and making change happen. One of our Lead AMBIT Trainers, James was previously a commissioner within a Local Authority in London, UK. In this role he led a broad, system-wide implementation of AMBIT. Five years down the line, James will be sharing his reflections on the process of implementation and will be joined by others to discuss implementation in the real world: what works, what doesn’t work, and how change happens.
We hope that many of you will be able to join us for this webinar. There will be a Q & A at the end which is an opportunity to share your experiences and learn about those of others.
