Catherine Asta is a Psychotherapist, Creator & Changemaker. Over the last 8 years she has worked with hundreds of women, and has spent thousands of hours inside the minds of women.
An ex-NHS Strategist, and also creator of the Late Discovered Club Podcast and Community which gives Late Discovered Autistic Women a voice.
Awarded a Fellow in 2019 for outstanding commitment to her profession, she has also represented UNWomen UK as an ambassador too.
She has a Degree and MSc in Psychology, a Diploma in Effective Psychotherapy and CBT, along with a PGCert in Leadership, and is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
Catherine is autistic, and is the parent and carer of an autistic child.
