Xenia Andreas



Xenia Andreas, BA (Hons.) is a registered Social worker with Social Work England. Since qualifying in 2005, she has worked in various local authorities with her experience being predominantly within Children’s Services assessing risk, permanency planning and providing interventions for children and families with complex needs. From 2013 – 2021, she worked as an advanced practitioner in an inpatient adolescent psychiatric unit, for Barnet, Enfield and Haringey NHS Mental Health Trust. Her core work was assessing and managing risk, managing safeguarding issues, supporting treatment and discharge planning. In July 2021, Xenia was employed as a Team Manager in the Early Years Parenting Hub (EYPH) in London Borough of Barnet. The EYPH is a specialist multi-family assessment and treatment service for parents with complex difficulties and their children aged 0-5, many of whom are on the edge of care.
