Overview
I am a Clinical Integrative Psychotherapist and Counsellor, working in family support and community mental health settings. I hold a post-graduate business qualification from Trinity College Dublin.
I am studying for a Practitioner Certificate in Autism for Helping Professionals, and continue to study, as knowledge about autism improves and evolves. I am autistic, with several autistic family members. I am passionate about improving the worlds of autistic people, and of those that love and care for them.
I am a qualified Equine Assisted Facilitator, Life and Workplace Coach and volunteer on an outreach program, bringing equines to inpatient mental health settings.
