Neurodiverse leader and trainer, dad to two neurodiverse children.
Ambassador and Governor of The Stefan Taye school, for Autistic children specialising in anxiety, and named in memory of his son.
Tristan has a keen interest and significant expertise by experience around inclusion and diversity. A retired officer, he was the Kent Police lead for the National Police Autism Association and Crystal Clear, a police disability and support association. He trains and consults on the subject matter and has made significant contribution to shaping policy, recruitment, and best practice within the Service. Tristan is excited to bring his knowledge, passion and experience to the National Autism Trainer Programme.
