Ginny is a registered Dramatherapist, Clinical Supervisor and Course Tutor. Ginny is passionate about supporting mental health in schools, she has delivered mental health services in both mainstream schools and special provision for 10 years. Ginny understands how different levels of diversity across schools can be reflected in the needs of a school. Having worked across various setting, Ginny has much insight into the many elements that can impact a child or young person’s mental health, and what support schools can put in place. As a Clinical Supervisor, Ginny has introduced and led reflective practice groups with senior education leaders. Ginny offers school leaders a clinical perspective in addition to their varied experience and skills whilst considering change and development around the theme of mental health in their school community.
