Duncan is a Consultant Clinical Psychologist, with over 25 years experience across NHS, Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) Voluntary sectors. He has extensive experience of clinical management, leadership and service development across CAMHS and the wider mental health setting. His particular expertise is in the clinical use of outcomes and evaluation tools to improve clinical practice. Duncan is the clinical lead for CYP-IAPT across London and the South East of England, and has previously helped develop and implement CAPA (the Choice and Partnership Approach).
