Gabrielle Lees



Gabrielle Lees is an Art Therapist and Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist from the UK with over 20 years’ experience working with children and families in the National Health Service. She currently works in Oxford, in a Family Assessment and Safeguarding Service (FASS) which offers multidisciplinary assessment, consultations and treatments for severe parenting problems, including child abuse and neglect. The service is used by the Family Courts for ‘Expert Witness’ assessments in care proceedings.

She also works in the Oxford Infant Parent Perinatal Service (IPPS) providing assessment and treatment for mothers, fathers and couples during the pre and post natal period.

Gabrielle isa trainer with the Anna Freud Centre for the Story Stem Assessment , a national trainer for the Solihull Approach and supervisor for the Oxford Family Nurse Partnership Programme.

She also teaches on the Oxford M.A in Psychoanalytic Infant Observational Studies (Tavistock clinic affiliated).
