Jessica Memarzia is a Trainee Clinical Psychologist currently completing her doctorate at the University of East Anglia and working within Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust. She has a particular interest in child and adolescent mental health, and is completing a thesis assessing the predictors of PTSD in this population, supervised by Dr Richard Meiser-Stedman. Previously, Jessica worked as a Research Assistant in the Developmental Psychopathology Group, Department of Psychiatry, Cambridge University; supporting research into connections between child and adolescent development and psychopathology, a clinical treatment trial for anxiety and depression, and a CLAHRC project exploring young people’s transitions from child and adolescent mental health and social care services. She completed her undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology and Neuroscience at the University of Oxford, and gained an MSc in Mental Health Studies at the IoPPN, King’s College London.
