Nicole Muller is a child and adolescent psychotherapist and a family therapist at the Private Practice Centrum Hecht, Trainings institute Centrum Hecht Opleidingen Leiden, Holland

In her work Nicole has developed and leads on MBT approaches to the treatment of children (age 5-12)with attachment disorders and/or trauma, especially children adopted or in foster care, and adolescents with emerging personality disorder age 12-23. As a family therapist she is also a member of the Mentalization Based Treatment for Families (MBT-F) team.

Nicole has written several articles and books, mostly in Dutch, and is one of the co-authors of the book Mentalization Based Treatment for Children: a time limited approach (APA, 2017). She is a trainer and supervisor in MBT-F and MBT-C in Holland and abroad.
