Anna Freud National Centre for Children & Families
Tara is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist who has 20 years of NHS experience working in a variety of settings with a variety of different mental health problems. Her work has included paediatric and neurodevelopmental patients, but her main area of specialism is offering therapy to children and young people with depression, anxiety, self-harm and eating disorders.
Tara is regularly involved with teaching, training, consultation and supervision and has a keen interest in schools and education. She provides teaching to a variety of schools and school staff at the AFNCCF, has written for the Times Education Supplement and is a judge on the prestigious School of the Year award.
