Toddlers and Children Under-Five
The Anna Freud Centre is currently relocating to The Kantor Centre of Excellence in Rodney Street. The Parent-Toddler service is unable to accept any referrals at present.
Weekly groups for parents and toddlers provide a consistent and safe environment for the toddler and their caregiver to allow them to explore ongoing concerns, as well as strengthen their relationship. This context allows the toddler’s developmental needs to be thought about, facilitates separation and individuation, and addresses difficulties in attachment and attunement.
For all enquiries and referrals to the Parent-Toddler Group please contact Amie Jackson, Clinical Support Officer.

The Child Psychotherapy offers specialised therapeutic assessments and treatments for children from around three years of age into adolescence. We provide support to children experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. Another important part of our work is to support parents to help them make sense of their child’s behaviour as well as providing an opportunity to explore different possibilities in parenting.
