  • Five Rivers: Assessments and Interventions of Looked after Children

    Summary:

The research programme with Five Rivers is comprised of a number of different projects that all set out to address different perspectives of the large population of children in both foster and residential care, all of whom have experienced previous maltreatment and discontinuities.

Project A investigates the internal and attachment representations displayed by a population of younger children in care.

Project B focuses on the internal representations displayed by a population of older children in both foster and residential care.

Project C is orientated around assessments and in particular interventions that are currently used within Five Rivers.
