Tessa Gardner - Project Manager at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families 

Tessa is the Project Manager of the Education for Wellbeing Programme. Prior to joining the programme, she worked as Senior Research Associate at UCL’s Research Department of Clinical, Educational and Health Psychology and acted as a consultant to the UK Government’s Taskforce on Children & Young People’s Mental Health and Wellbeing. Tessa has contributed to academic papers on the association between attachment and child and adolescent mental health, the psychometric properties of attachment measures used in childhood and adolescence, and the long-term outcomes of psychological interventions on children and young people’s mental health.
