Youth Wellbeing Directory
Setting: There are a range of organisations across the UK which provide mental health and emotional wellbeing advice, help and support. But it can be hard to know what is available close by or how to judge what is on offer. The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families, working with partners, has created the Youth Wellbeing website to help children and young people (aged 0 – 25) find support more easily and provide useful mental health information.
User group: Accessible information about mental health and emotional wellbeing services for young people, families and referrers.
Aim: The Youth Wellbeing website aims to allow young people, their families and referrers to quickly learn about services in their local area, and make an informed decision on which services would best meet their needs. The website also provides a selection of useful mental health information and resources for young people.
Contact: To register your service for free please self-register on the site at www.youthwellbeing.co.uk, or contact us at YouthWellbeing@annafreud.org. The initial registration is a quick process, and following this services can work over time to build up their profile.
