Service users, have your say!

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families will be inspected by the CQC and we are inviting previous service uses to share their experiences!

The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the independent regulator of health and social care services in England. They monitor and inspect organisations to ensure that people are provided with safe, caring and effective services. They publish their findings to help the public choose.

The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families will be inspected by the CQC on Tuesday, 10th April 2018.

Children, young people and parents who have used our service are invited to speak to the CQC inspectors

We want to hear about your experience of using services at the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families.

If you are happy to meet the inspectors face-to-face or if you’re available to speak with them over the telephone please get in touch at feedback@annafreud.org or telephone Anna on

020 7443 2253

If you are not available on these dates but would still like to leave feedback about our Centre you can email the CQC directly at enquiries@cqc.org.uk.
