This animation and accompanying teacher toolkit is aimed at Key stage 3 secondary school pupils (Years 7-9). They were developed in collaboration with young people, teachers and mental health experts. The animation aims to give young people of this age:

  • Consistent and accessible language to talk about mental health
  • A better understanding of mental health self-care
  • To know who to ask for support when it is needed

Anelir yr animeiddiad 'Mae gan bawb iechyd meddwl' a’r pecyn cymorth cysylltiedig at ddisgyblion uwchradd Cyfnod Allweddol 3 (Blynyddoedd 7-9). Fe'u datblygwyd mewn cydweithrediad â phobl ifanc, athrawon ac arbenigwyr iechyd meddwl, ac fe’u haddaswyd i’r Gymraeg gan meddwl.org. Nod yr animeiddiad yw sicrhau fod gan pobl ifanc o'r oedran yma:

  • Iaith gyson a hygyrch er mwyn trafod iechyd meddwl
  • Ddealltwriaeth well o hunanofal iechyd meddwl
  • Wybodaeth am bwy i ofyn am gefnogaeth pan fo’i angen
