The Anna Freud National Centre and Families offers a range of specialist treatments and clinical assessments for children, young people and their families. You can find details of free mental health services for young people on the Youth Wellbeing Directory though this list is not exhaustive and Your GP may also be able to advise. For help in a medical emergency, please view Our Urgent Help page for a range of services which are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
