About this training

This is a full day National Autism Trainer Programme (NATP) specialist refresher day focusing on staff wellbeing. The topics covered will include:

• Staff wellbeing, burnout, patient safety and wellbeing;

• A staff wellbeing approach;

• An experience sensitive approach for all.

Who is this training for?

• Anyone who has completed NATP on any stream

• Anyone currently enrolled on NATP

• Anyone intending to enrol on the four-day NATP training in the future

• Staff working in:

  • NHS inpatient settings

  • Crisis teams

  • CAMHS and Adult community mental health

  • Residential special schools and colleges

  • Health and justice settings.
