A set of five free mental health resources specifically for staff in further education colleges, covering common mental health concerns for college students including anxiety, unhealthy relationships and self-harm.

Developed with clinicians, and in consultation with college staff and experts, including the Association of Colleges, the Anna Freud Centre’s Mentally Healthy Schools team has created five free mental health resources for tutors and lecturers to support students on the following topics:

• Anxiety
• Exam stress
• Unhealthy relationships
• Eating disorders
• Self-harm

Further education is a unique educational environment with its own challenges. These resources are designed to help college staff feel better equipped to deal with different mental health concerns in students if they arise.
