AMBIT Training
Our multi-team training is ideal for small teams or individuals joining teams already using Adaptive Mentalization-Based Treatment (AMBIT).
About this training
This 5-day training is ideal for individuals who have joined a team that has already been trained in AMBIT or small groups of newly joined staff that are using AMBIT principles within their service(s). It would also be suitable for those who have previously completed AMBIT Training but would benefit from a refresher.
You will join other individuals and small teams who sign up independently to complete the training with a total group size of up to 25 people.
Participants tell us that attending training alongside other teams can enrich the training experience by providing opportunities for external points of reflection, building on-going peer-consultation networks, modelling complex interagency network relationships, and emphasising diversity and shared experiences.
This multi-team training is a cost-effective training option for teams wanting new members of staff to receive AMBIT training to support ongoing implementation and practice of the model.
Who is this training for?
The training is suitable for people from a range of different professional backgrounds who work within helping services in health, social care, justice, education, and community settings.
Previous knowledge about mentalizing approaches is not required.
