About this training

This six-day training, including two half-day refresher sessions, provides introductory training for practitioners in IPT and reflects the IPT competency framework. The trainers delivering this training are accredited with IPTUK. It is suitable for mental health professionals, including staff working in NHS Talking Therapy services. The training includes a series of didactic sessions, small and large group work and clinical role-play. This training covers Level A (Basic) training in IPT.
