About this training
This course is for anyone who wants to set up staff peer supervision in their school or college. It will equip delegates with the knowledge and skills they need to work with other staff to create a supportive space for reflective practice. Through learning about the practical strategies needed and evidence base that underpins the strategies, delegates will complete the course with an understanding of how to ensure all school staff are supported and that the programme is impactful and sustainable.
Aims of this training
By the end of the training session, you will have:
A greater understanding of the purposes of reflective practice and supervision.
Developed your communication skills and awareness for supervising.
Practiced skills using a supervision model.
The ability to offer supervision in line with the supervision structure at your school or college.

This training course is suitable for anyone working with staff in a school, college or community setting.

This two-day training is available both online and in person, with a fee of £249.
