Do you want to take part in research?

My Story and Me will be an online tool to help young women and girls understand and talk about mental health.

We are having 1-1 discussions with young women and girls to share their stories and help create pre-recorded videos for My Story and Me.

If you are a young woman or girl, 12-24 years old, with lived experience of mental health, we'd love to hear your story!

We want to hear from a range of different voices and encourage participants from:

  • Black and minoritised ethnic groups
  • LGBTQI+ groups
  • Neurodiverse groups
  • Multiple identities (more than one of these groups)
